RIGA STREET ART VENUE

Noliktava N°3 - The unique interior of the premises has been created in close cooperation with street artists and illustrators. A variety of events have taken place here - from children's parties to concerts of world-class hip-hop artists.The premises are also suitable for other types of events - entertainment events, conferences, seminars, team-building events. We can accommodate up to 500 people. A special offer is possible for a larger number of people by expanding the area of the premises.

    PRICE INCLUDES:

    •  Place rent (on the day of the event from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next day);
    •  Space heating;
    •  Cleaning after the event;
    •  Fully equipped bar area (without bartender);
    •  Chairs and tables (for 50-70 people);
    •  Hangers for 200 jackets;
    •  Patio / smoking area 200 m2.
    •  4 facilities (2 men, 2 women);
    •  Stage on elevation (4.5m x 4.5m).

    We also provide a backstage space for artists / organizers with a separate entrance from the outside and an entrance to the event room at the stage.

    CORK MONEY is charged if your own alcoholic beverages are served - 5 Eur/person + vat.

    BAR

    Our space havs a fully equipped bar area with a wide range of drinks - beer and cider in bottles and pourable barrels, various cocktails and soft drinks. Refrigerators for drinks are also available. During the event we can provide a bartender who would prepare and serve you cocktails for the evening at the bar prices.

    BARTENDER SERVICES one night: 300€ + VAT

    If you choose additional services from our bar, we provide:

    •  Sale of licensed drinks (guests pay for their drinks at the bar or you will be billed for the amount of drinks consumed after the event),
    •  Service staff, wardrobe and 1 security guard.

    SOUND / LIGHTS

    SMALL KIT: INCLUDED IN PRICE
    Mood lighting, 4 x perimeter speakers with 21′ subwoofer, small sound console and wired microphone, possibility to connect your device with bluetooth to the sound system

    BIG KIT:  from 750 EUR + VAT
    Proper party lighting and sound with subwoofers, etc.

    P.S. If necessary, we can assist with a musician, DJ, evening host, etc. making / recommending reservations so that your evening would have been successful at the highest level.

    CATERING

    If you want a good meal, we definitely recommend Latvian catering company, which caters most of our events with their kitchen and fantastic service – https://www.cateringcompany.lv/

    For large or concept events, they arrive in an American Truck converted into a giant kitchen/dining area. If necessary we can send our menu options with prices.
