InsuranceCars for rent / events are insured and have a valid compulsory motor third party liability insurance policy (OCTA).

Billing and depositPayments for the services are made by making a reservation on the www.pancars.eu website or by paying the invoice by bank transfer. A 100% prepayment is required to reserve any PANCARS service.

PAYMENTS MADE IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE THE NUMBER OF CARS IN OUR FLEET IS LIMITED AND IF YOU BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH OUR CAR ON A SPECIFIC DAY AND TIME, WE DO NOT OFFER YOUR RESERVED TIME AND CAR TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.

Administrative irregularities, loss of documents or keysThe customer is fully responsible for all administrative traffic violations committed during the car rental or event. In case of loss of car keys or documents, the customer must pay a fine of EUR 100.
Car acceptance, handover and event timesAcceptance and delivery of cars for rent to the customer takes place in Riga, Andrejostas Street 18. Every day from 9:00 to 19:00. Car rental or acceptance outside our working hours - 25 eur (regardless of the number of cars).

Private events offered by PANCARS can take place at any time of the day at no extra charge.

Territorial restrictionsThe car rental territory is within the administrative boundaries of the Republic of Latvia. The allowed daily mileage is 200 KM. An additional fee of EUR 20 is charged for every 100 KM crossed.
Fuel & CleaningThe car is handed over to the customer clean with a full tank of fuel. The customer must return the car clean and with a full tank of fuel.

In case the car's fuel tank is not completely filled, the renter shall pay the landlord the missing amount of fuel and an additional 15 EUR refueling fee.

In case the car is not completely clean, the renter pays the landlord a cleaning fee of 20 EUR.

CarsPANCARS autoparkā ir 35 auto. Automašīnās ir 4 sēdvietas. Tomēr mūsu organizētu orientēšanās vai cita veida sacensību/aktivitāšu laikā  fienā automašīnā atļaujam atrasties tikai 2 – 3 cilvēkiem. Nomu laikā – 4 cilvēkiem
Fuel tankFuel tank is 19 liters large and can travel approximately 250 to 350 km (depending on driving)
Car deliveryDelivery / collection of the car from another location or return / transfer outside our working hours is a paid service. Fee for car delivery / collection in Riga - 25 eur / car one way.
Organization of eventsEvents / experiences organized by PANCARS include both fuel and car cleaning. As well as the additional benefits individualized and described for each program.

Service purchase and cancellation policy

  1. General terms

1.1. Service purchase and cancellation policy (below - Terms) provides for mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities from a person (below - the buyer) who purchases organized experience or services (below - the service) in the online store - on the website: https://www.pancars.eu (below - online store), from SIA UNICORN DIVISION, registration nr. 40203169165 (below - the seller) legal address: Kurbada Street 1a-22, Riga, LV-1009.

1.2. The service is started after full payment for the service and receipt of confirmation from the seller electronically to the e-mail specified by the buyer.

1.3. Participation in the service is the personal responsibility of each participant for any risks associated with the intended activities. The specific risks or concerns that participants have must be mentioned at the time of registration and discussed with the service provider individually.

  1. Purchase agreement

2.1. The distance agreement (below - the purchase agreement) between the buyer and the seller is concluded at the moment when the Buyer completes the order basket in the online store and pays for the purchase.

2.2. To complete the purchase, the buyer indicates the delivery address, selects the payment method and reads the Terms and confirms it with the "Buy" or "Pay" button. The purchase agreement is binding on the buyer and the seller throughout the provision of the service.

2.3. Each concluded service purchase agreement between the buyer and the seller is stored in the seller's database for 5 (five) years, or until the data processing purposes are achieved, or if the data can be used for other purposes - then for other purposes.

2.4. In case the Buyer does not agree with the Terms, the Buyer cancels the purchase and does not place the order.

  1. Rights and obligations of the buyer

3.1. The Buyer is bound by the Regulations and the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia when purchasing the service in the online store;

3.2. The buyer makes a full payment using the chosen payment method at the time of purchase of the service. If the payment transaction is canceled after the purchase of the service, the purchase agreement is considered invalid.

3.3. The buyer does not have the right to refuse the purchased service, because the seller undertakes to provide the service on a certain day or within a certain period of time.

3.4. The buyer is fully responsible for his / her health when visiting the services. The buyer is obliged to assess the risks and, if necessary, consult his doctor or specialist.

  1. Rights and obligations of the seller

4.1. The seller has the right to unilaterally cancel the provision of the service 7 days before the specified date, if the minimum number of participants in the organized experience has not been reached. The seller informs the buyer about the cancellation of the service to the e-mail specified by the buyer. In case the service is canceled due to insufficient number of participants, the seller will refund the participation fee paid to the buyer of the service in full within 5 (five) working days.

4.2. The Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the right to use the Online Store without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation of the Online Store or violates the Terms. The buyer shall be liable for the damages caused to the seller and shall reimburse them in full as a result of the above actions.

4.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the conditions specified in the Terms. The current version of the Regulations is posted on the website https://www.pancars.eu/. The changes take effect from the date of their publication and apply to all purchases made after the publication.

4.4. The seller is not responsible for any losses of the buyer due to the malfunction of the online store or errors in network data transmission.

4.5. In the event that due to circumstances beyond the control of the seller, the seller is unable to provide the service to the Buyer, the seller may offer an analogous service to the buyer. If the Buyer does not agree with the changes in the service, the seller will refund the full fee to the buyer within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the buyer's refusal.

  1. Terms for refusal and return procedure

5.1. When purchasing a service in the online store, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. Because each entertainment experience offered is booked on a specific day and time with limited availability.
